About this event
The Centennial Celebration of the signing of the Federal Probation Act is March 5, 2025. In honor of this momentous occasion, the Federal Probation and Pretrial Officers Association, in partnership with the Administrative Office, will be offering a training for emerging leaders in your districts. The training will be held in Arlington, Virginia, at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View from Tuesday, March 4, 2025 (travel day) through Friday, March 7, 2025 (ending at approximately 11am). The event will start the morning of March 5, 2025, and attendees will have the opportunity to meet with all Chiefs and Deputy Chiefs who are attending the CDAM at that same time. The Administrative Office is planning a wonderful morning session to celebrate our centennial and FPPOA is proud to assist the AO in organizing these events. The afternoon of March 5 will begin the FPPOA portion of the training, and we are actively working on a true leadership program for your emerging leaders. We will end on Friday morning with a dynamic closing speaker, sending your leaders back to your district with tools to assist their journey through our probation and pretrial system.
