1) First go to the Login page.
Then click the "Request new password" link.

2) Enter your email address and click the [ E-mail new password] button.

3) Check your email for the password reset instructions, then click the password reset link.

4) Click the login button to login. On the following screen, after logging in, you will be able to enter a password of your choice.

5) You should see a message at the top indicating that you have logged in successfully.
Enter a new password of your choice, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click the [ Save ] button.

6) That's it, the password reset is complete, you may now proceed to renew your membership online.
