We are praying everyone and their families are healthy and safe during these unprecedented times. FPPOA would like to say thank you for your dedication in service to our system and our stakeholders.

After a six-month hiatus, FPPOA is back with Wellness Wednesdays. COVID-19 has caused many districts to go on full or increased telework, restrict social interactions with colleagues, co-workers, and clients, and restrict field work. Therefore, this appears to be an appropriate time to get back to our Wellness Wednesdays. As much as COVID-19 has been in the news, we’re sure everyone is aware of our precautions such as washing your hands, don't touch your face, stay 6 to 10 feet away from one another, wear a mask if you are ill, and to exercise self-shelter.

This week's Wellness Wednesdays will focus on 47 practical ways to work remotely. The article gets its tips from a person who works 100% from home. The link is below; hope you find this article helpful.

Feel free to send funny video clips to dion_thomas@miep.uscourts.gov or your FPPOA Rep, so they can be added to Wellness Wednesday. Laughter has healing powers, so let’s try to smile as much as possible while we work through this together.
