I was appointed as a Federal Probation Officer (Presentence) in October 2007. My previous work experience consists of working as a legal counsel for Zions Bancorporation, responsible for privacy, compliance and audit reviews, and implementing a program to track all international transactions. I was also the healthcare privacy officer, assessing IT risks and training employees. Prior to that, I was an in-house attorney for a compliance software company.

I am a California licensed attorney, having studied at the University of California, Hastings School of Law, and Oxford University, England. I majored in French and English at the University of California, Los Angeles, and spent a year at the University of Lyon, France.
