RADAR Network

The RADAR Network, sponsored by SAMHSA's NCADI, is the largest substance abuse prevention and treatment network of its kind. There are more than 700 active Centers worldwide with representation in every State and U.S. territory. This unique network offers free membership and provides an organized way for States to connect with one another and with national agencies such as the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP), the National Association of State Alcohol and Drug Abuse Directors (NASADAD), and the National Prevention Network (NPN). The RADAR Network consists of State clearinghouses, prevention resource centers, and national, international, and local organizations supporting substance abuse prevention activities.

SAMHSA's National Centers for the Application of Prevention Technologies

Welcome to the national website of the Centers for the Application of Prevention Technologies (CAPTs). The CAPTs are regional technical assistance providers for the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP), an agency of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
